The Kivi

Two halves. White above, black below. The division is exact — not a gradient, not a transition, a decision. The line where one meets the other is the most deliberate thing about this bag, and it was drawn by hand.

The leather straps carry their own detail. At one end, a black ball. At the other, a black square block. Two shapes, two ends, the same material — it reads like punctuation on a sentence that already knows what it means. Most bags treat the strap hardware as an afterthought. The Kivi treats it as a signature.

12" x 12". The same footprint as the Nungwi but a completely different mood — where that bag is layered and warm, this one is graphic and considered. City logic. Two colors, no negotiation.

Nubuck leather straps. The kind that softens with use without losing their shape.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Keep from prolonged moisture, store somewhere dry. Each bag is unique — the boundary between white and black will sit slightly differently in every piece, and the natural sisal will hold the white dye with its own variation in tone.
